Change Windows 8/8.1 Language by Following These Steps..
Steps:
1. Move your Mouse Left down side of your Pc Screen and Right click on your Mouse..
2. Click on "Control Panel" tab..
3. Now your Control Panel will Open. Then Click on "Clock, Language and Region" tab..
4. Click on "Language" tab..
5. Now, Select or, Add Your Language By clicking on "Add a language" Menu..
6. In Add a language Windows Select Your Language that you want to make your windows Primary Language and Click "Add" button..
7. It will back you in Your Language List Windows, then click on your Selected language "Options" button..
8. In this Step you need to download your selected language Pack by clicking "Download and install language Pack"..
9. After some Moment Downloading process will be Started..
10. After Download Complete the Installation will be Started Automatically..
11. Click on "Make this the Primary Language" button and Restart Your Computer..
12. Now, The Primary Language of Your Computer has been Changed..
