Firstly you need an essential Software called BitTorrent(uTorrent). To download this software go to Google and Search as "BitTorrent/uTorrent". You will find an official site of "BitTorrent/uTorrent" then, Download it and Install..
Now, Follow these Steps...

Steps:
1. Choose your File/Folder..
(I Choose a Movie file to convert in Torrent file)
2. Open up your "BitTorrent/uTorrent" Software and Click "Create New Torrent" icon that show on Picture..
(In this article: I use "uTorrent 3.3.2" Software)
3. After open a "Create New Torrent" Windows Click on "Add file"(for File) or, "Add directory"(for Folder)..
4. Now, Select your File/Folder and Click on "Open"..
(In This Article: In Previous Step i Choose "Add File" option)
5. After Selecting click on "Create" button..
(You can Add Trackers on "Trackers" option, add Web Seeds on "Web Seeds" option, add Comment on "Comment" option, add Website url on "Website" option, add RSS on "Rss" option, add Similar Torrents on "Similar Torrents" opiton)
6. Select Where to Save Your Torrent File and Click on "Save" button..
7. Your Torrent File will be Created in a Moment..
8. After Complete you can Share this torrent with your Own Website/Email or, Torrent Sites..
