1. Firstly open your Browser and Type "http://blogger.com/" then hit Enter..

2. In This step you enter your google account details and hit on "Sign In" button..

3. Now, It takes you to Blogger Dashboard. Click on "New Blog" button..

4. A Pop-Up Window will open. Now, Type your blog's Title in the "Title" box, choose an address for your blogs and Choose Template for your blogs then click on "Create Blog" button from down..

(See a ✓ mark means your name is available or, See a X mark means your name are not available try different name)

5. See your Blogs has been Created..

Now, You Can Post Content..
